MIPS and BOA as a combined system.
The MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) system can reduce the harmful forces certain impacts can have on the brain, by redirecting the energy. Test have shown that the MIPS® always adds protection in any kind of impact. But a system like MIPS® can only work if the helmet fits perfectly. That was the reason why we combined the MIPS® system with the well-known BOA® adjustment system. The BOA® seamlessly integrates into the helmet to dial in a custom, micro-adjustable fit for enduring comfort. Simply turn the dial to tighten or loosen the fit system.
